  • We charge a one-time custom website design fee unless you opt for a website management subscription. Please note that you are responsible for the costs associated with your website. We exclusively design on Squarespace, so you will need to cover the expenses for the Squarespace website plan, domain, and any additional features you choose. Squarespace plans typically range from $25 to $72 per month, with discounts available for annual payments through squarespace directly.

  • We do not offer payment plans directly. However, you may be able to use a service like Klarna to manage payments.

  • Our design fee covers only the website creation process. You will be responsible for additional costs, such as your website domain, e-commerce features, scheduling tools, and other Squarespace add-ons. These costs are separate from our service.

  • We can source high-quality stock images that align with your content, but if you have specific images you’d like to use, we can incorporate them. For text, we recommend that you provide the content since you’re the expert in your services. If needed, we can use placeholder text as long as we have a clear understanding of your vision.

  • Your involvement is crucial due to the complexities of website design. We value constant communication to ensure we’re aligned with your expectations and moving in the right direction.

  • Yes, you will have full access to your website and login credentials, allowing you to make updates as needed. However, access and edits are not allowed during our design period this ensures that material is not being deleted by accident.

  • No, we do not handle technical issues or downtime. Since we use Squarespace, any technical concerns should be directed to their support team.

  • We include up to two rounds of revisions in our design process. This is why regular communication is essential—to meet deadlines and ensure we fully understand your vision and expectations.
