1. Financial Guidance Our financial guidance is purely educational. We are not CPAs, bookkeepers, or tax consultants. It is the responsibility of the individual to stay informed about laws affecting their situation or to consult their accountant or tax advisor. We are not responsible for investment choices, including options trading decisions, or predicting stock market behavior.

2. Resume Support & Career Coaching We provide resume services, including editing, revamping, and building resumes from scratch. Additional services include job application guidance, mock interviews, and career change advice. We do not guarantee job offers or interviews but strive to create the best possible presentation for professional opportunities.

3. Higher Education Guidance Our higher education guidance is educational and informational. We assist individuals in understanding their options and resources for post-secondary education but do not guarantee scholarships, grants, school acceptance, or loan approvals. Clients are responsible for their educational funding decisions.

4. Proofreading and Document Editing We deliver high-quality final products but acknowledge that errors may occur. Refunds are provided only for errors caused by us, excluding client-provided incorrect information. Names and unique details are the client’s responsibility to verify. Confidentiality is maintained, and all sensitive information is securely discarded after project completion.

5. Drone Services Drone services are subject to regulations. We do not operate drones in restricted areas, national parks, or indoor locations. Travel-related expenses are the client’s responsibility. We are not liable for damages caused by drones or external factors like weather or obstacles during filming.

6. Website Design and Management We create websites using templates and personalize designs to fit the client’s vision. We do not guarantee website traffic or client acquisition. Clients are allowed up to two rounds of edits for feedback; additional edits may incur fees. Monthly management services can be canceled by either party at any time without prorated refunds.

7. Business and Leadership Coaching Offered in partnership with You’re Worth It Coaching and Consulting, this service provides tools and insights for professional development but does not guarantee business growth or employee performance changes.

8. Creative Design Services We create marketing materials based on client-provided branding but do not guarantee increased sales or social media engagement. Clients are allowed up to two free edits; additional edits incur fees.

9. HR Contractor or Consulting Service We provide HR services, including full-cycle hiring and recommendations, but business owners are responsible for consulting legal advisors for decisions that may result in litigation.

10. General Policies

• Payment is due in full upon service completion unless otherwise stated.

• Refunds are issued only as specified.

• Confidentiality is a priority; sensitive information is securely discarded after use.

• We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

• Client testimonials and public projects may be used for marketing purposes.

• "Created by Clever Compass" may be included on delivered products.
